Pamela Smale Williams artist and photographer is a native Texan. Photography later turned to digital art and Mixed media and she began her Mermaid drawings and mixed media as of 2015.
"It's own kind of genre, I coined the term "Artography" in 2009 for the process that blends photography techniques and both pigment art and digital paint as a mixed media all its own". It's both ART and PHOTOGRAPHY but it's an intelligent progression from the way artists evolved and mixed mediums.
