Description

This backlit garden lily caught my eye at the golden hour in early Spring. I enhanced the photograph with cyan/bluegreen to create an opposite color contrast and show off the composition against the sun. More rows of lilies were behind this one, helping to create a good depth to the shot and adding more silhouettes in the glowing orange.

🐄🤠➰🐎Artography by Pamela is a TEXAN artist, born in Dallas. Photography as a teen (with a Nikon 35 mm film camera) took a lead interest and "flowered" into digital painting. Combined photography and pigment art or digitally painted enhancements make these pieces ARTOGRAPHY.
Always a NIKON girl, I favor acrylics, inks, and watercolor colored pencils as my mediums for painting. Digital hand painting over a photograph is the most fun for me. I'm most creative when I can blend pigment with photography, a result I coined "artography" as a descriptive term to join two processes most often used.
