Artist's Description
That's where this folksy fish was captured, in the glass basin sink at home! This wooden carved fish was a flea market find I liked for its animated style and colors. I enhanced some of his coloring and texturized the droplets so they showed up better. I played with a variety of views and angles to get the look I was after and liked this one, focusing on the blur at the top depicting the water distortion, as if the fish really was submerged in water.
There's another Fish artography piece in this gallery that might look good as a grouping with this one; look for 'Fish Splash' and its partner piece 'Seahorse Glitterati' both in the Moody Blues album!
