Early Holiday Lights (Highland Park Village) is after hours in the city of Highland Park, suburb of Dallas. I was shooting on a very cold night before Christmas arrived. I knew this spot would have some good lights still on. With the lateness of the hour, very few cars or people were out and about, leaving spaces free, and the area empty, so the eerie green reflections and bright dots of color seem larger and neon looking. Some of the gold lights are often used in bistro settings and at restaurants to decorate year round. Notice the strings of green which are a little more rarely seen in displays, for some reason!
