Description

Botanica Fantastica 3 is a 3rd version of my original fine art photo of a Kale plant. Kale is a brightly colored ornamental plant used to brighten gardens during winter months when little else is blooming. It's a member of the cabbage family and usually grows in pale and dark green combinations that change to deep magenta. This fantasy version is airbrushed and created to take on an undersea painterly appearance and carries a combination of colors. Lime green, blood red, vermillion, aqua, dark teal, dark grass green, bright sky blue, pastel orange, daffodil yellow, pastel purple, pale royal blue, luminescent turquoise join in a cool palette that is designed to be meditative, restful, relaxing, and yet bold. Some have said this piece has the look of alcohol inks. Is it a photo or is it a watercolor? You decide...I call it Artography!
