Title
Antique Store Hay Rake And Bicycle
Artist
Pamela Smale Williams
Medium
Digital Art - Photograph Or Photopainting
Description
I had to ask what the Hay Rake was at the time I took this shot. As for the Bicycle with "plant basket", it had wonderful characteristics of brightly colored paint remnants underneath all the yellow, and rust, and aged metal. It was a bonus to get the great lead glass window with pretty fresh flowers on the outer windowsill along with the textured stone wall -- all in the same scene. I found this at an Antique shop in the Texas hill country, alongside a little eatery. It looks like it should have been in France or Italy in the countryside regions. This would look fabulous in a kitchen or restaurant setting.

It's own kind of genre, I coined the term "Artography" in 2009 for the process that blends photography techniques and both pigment art and digital paint as a mixed media all its own". It's both ART and PHOTOGRAPHY but it's an intelligent progression from the way artists evolved and mixed mediums.

Deciding to tilt the images was a great move. Adds a bit of energy to the static nature of things. Well done!
